Chicks for Charity of Southern DE

Established in Lewes, Delaware, we’ve aided the residents of Sussex County beginning with our first "Chicks For Charity" Dinner in July 2010. Many of the charitable organizations we have helped are essential community resource agencies that aid kids, families, the elderly, abandoned animals, and those that are underserved and in need. We are using your donations to change the lives of many!rnEach month we host a dinner to support local non-profits. January will support The Sussex County VolDE50+ Advisory Council’ s Lower Delaware Duffle Bag Project which makes duffle bags for the 240 children a year entering foster care in Sussex and Kent Counties. The bags are given to children by case workers of the Delaware Division of Family Services as the children are being removed from their homes.
